Reseeds: Light of Life Rescue Mission
BUSINESS OBJECTIVES
Light of life rescue mission is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping Pittsburgh’s homeless and needy. The organization was interested in improving response time and accuracy in their reseeding program which is vital in cultivating donor relationships. That’s when Light of life hired MSL to reduce response time and increase accuracy in the reseeding process. The process consists of the following; Welcome package, Daily thank you and Friends of the Friendless:
