Development: Point Park Case Study
Working with mslDirect Inc, Point Park developed a strategy to communicate with alumni using various media channels in order to engage them in a manner most likely to increase participation both in gifts and returning to the University, to share in its 50thAnniversary Celebration. The objective was to use mslDirect’s multi-channel platform utilizing PURL technology and other forms of cross-media marketing.

· To find out which was the preferred response device for their alumni
· To inform alumni of their 50thAnniversary Celebration
· To cleanse their data and increase their internal mailing list
